The church has been in existence in excess of twelve years now and is steadily growing in numbers. There is a particularly large youth group at the church covering all ages; on Sundays there are facilities for all age groups including a creche.

Bill Foote started the church located in Ashford, Kent England. He and his wife, Carri, immigrated to England from America in October 1996 when, after much prayer, God confirmed to them His call upon their life. That calling was "To win the lost, to train the found, so that the trained found can win the lost, all for the glory of God." In 2007 they felt the Lord's calling to return to America to start another church in California

Pastor Bill has been involved in many aspects of Christian ministry for more than twenty years. This service has included involvement in Christian music outreach, prison ministry, and serving for eight years as a Pastor at Pacific Hills Church in California. Pastor Bill has served throughout the world as a speaker on many topics including Spiritual Warfare and Pastoral training. He has been invited to speak at many Christian retreats in addition to his regular teaching duties and yearly Missions Training Schools. Now in America he has left a strong Bible believing church as his legacy.

As mentioned above, the inspired vision of Grace Fellowship Church is to reach the lost for Christ and to disciple those who have placed their faith in Him. The result of this will be a body of healthy believers who will then make a positive impact for God in their community. In addition, the long term vision is to see Grace Fellowship used to raise up new churches throughout the United Kingdom as well as the rest of Europe.
